@claytonlong17 @Josh18263392 @TheHoody27 @cassinidiv @mtwilcox12 @espn Agreed. There’s a bunch of issues from energy consumption to the ability of the computer to actually handle that workload. It’s all theoretical because a lot of the stuff I’ve read makes it sound like the computers are running for 5-10 minutes max plus no individual owns one.

@UltraRunner26 Stay away from high doses of turmeric. It’ll lower your DHT. Also, never take high (>200mg daily) doses Ashwaghanda for more than a week to two… that can cause other issues. In fact, I would skip those two altogether. Ginger is not a problem.
