@jonchesto @FortPointer Jon, in a follow on conversation w Massport I stand corrected.. there is quite a bit of site work to be done to get the space ready, whilst the presentation represents it as interim it is probably post opening.

Boston’s aging sewer system still dumps sewage into local rivers during heavy rainstorms because it can’t handle the overflow. Officials now have a plan to stop sewage overflows by 2050, the first in the nation to account for the impacts of climate change on rainfall.
