Canada will have the choice of buying or not buying a BYD vehicle, just as Mexico does in its free market.
BYD is preparing to enter the Canadian market, with plans to open around 20 dealerships there later this year.
Tesla will die the moment BYD enters the US market and Elon knows it.

@CertifTard5 The other factor to keep in mind is the opportunity cost in career growth. Daycare is only 4 years, and then the cost disappears (assuming you then go to public school like we did). Missing out on that career growth could cost you far more in the long run.
