For too long our members have played catch up, as criminals have evolved online, they’ve been left with the same outdated investigative tools and governments have historically been late to amend the rules accordingly. Thankfully, Bill C-22 gets our members one step closer to acting quickly and decisively when online threats exist. The TPA was pleased to attend this afternoon’s announcement and we would encourage all parities to pass this legislation without delay.

Last night, Directors @andrewnanton_ and Sean Stockwell attended the Crossed Arrows Dinner at the Canadian War Museum, hosted by the Canadian Special Operations Regiment Association. It was an honour to gather in support of those championing a shared legacy of service. We were pleased to join PC Aaron Dale from the Military Veterans Wellness Program, along with other TPS members, including Sgt. David Bilby and Sgt. Hal Martin. Thank you again for the invitation!

Great work by our Hold Up Squad and @TPS32Div who made arrests following a foot chase of the suspects in connection to a home invasion early this morning. The acts of violence targeting Toronto's Jewish community are disturbing, and we are committed to supporting our members as they take the necessary steps to identify and locate those responsible.
