It’s day 26 on Calcium Channel Blockers and I need to try a higher dose. My chest pain has improved. I was having 5-7 episodes of chest pain per day, and they lasted for 20 minutes (approximately) now I have 1-3 episodes. I don’t know why I haven’t been reporting those as it is the primary diagnosis and I made it larger to judge long COVID progress as well. It took about 2 weeks to have impact, and it reduced my chest pain but then it stopped improving. I’m scheduling an appointment with my GP next week, and I’m going to see if I can go up in dose and add ace inhibitors for the edema. I’ve had sadness and grief this month, losing my friend and favorite doctor and my beloved dog. I know the grief triggers chest pain. I’ve been fighting the sadness, and trying to add joy but loss is something that just takes time.

TW assisted suicide / #MEcfs It breaks my heart to share this video. It's Luigi saying goodbye shortly before MAID/assisted suicide due to ME/CFS on 11 July 2026. Nonetheless, I also believe people should not close their eyes or look away from what is happening here. Young people are dying — or "choosing" MAID — because their suffering has become unbearable. We need help. There are millions of us. Things have to change. Farewell, Luigi. 🕯🕊 instagram.com/reel/DayLctyuq…
