The staff in Minnesota tends to operate quietly behind the scenes, and then suddenly, Jore Volk appears!
I know they are actively pursuing recruits in the 133, 149, and 165 weight classes, and I believe they will successfully land one or two top prospects.
As for departures, a lightweight is set to leave for another Big Ten school and may be moving down a weight class.
It seems that Tabor to NC State is a done deal, as he has informed several Big Ten teams that he will not be visiting them.

Portal Day 3. Some staff are getting excited as they get back into the game, even if just a little. Like the famous Godfather line, “Just when I thought I was out, they pull me back in.”
Jersey Robb finds a place close to home and cancels Big 10 visits.
The Stanford trio—Knox, Garvin, and Norman—are getting closer to commitments, some were making connections to their former Stanford coach.
However, that doesn’t seem to be the case.
Word is Knox is deep in talks with Michigan, but another sleeper Big 10 team has entered the picture. “Never let anyone know what you’re thinking.”
Garvin has shopped around, but Iowa remains the strong leader in the race. “I knew it was you, Tom”—substituting Tom for Fredo.
Norman is having serious talks with the other Iowa school. “I'm gonna make him an offer he can't refuse.”

I believe (not a doctor) that your ratio matters more than solely looking at LDL.
My point was more that lifting weights will help by sending a signal to your brain that your muscles need more testosterone to repair and grow.
When you do compound heavy lifts, the pituitary gland releases Luteinizing Hormone (LH), which travels to the Leydig cells and tells them to start "grabbing" cholesterol from the blood to manufacture more testosterone.
