Hi Shaun! We need to read your chat messages in order to invoke the bot by tagging it + function correctly in your DMs. Microsoft doesn’t offer read-only permissions, only read and write. To answer your specific question - no, individual employees cannot dig through company-wide spend. Non admins/owners cannot see anything beyond their & their own reporting chain’s transactions.
