In 3 years, first time i contacted wakefit support and i was denied of my basic right of escalation.
Joel handled my chat and he was rude. For 1.5 hours i just asked him to escalate the case but he didn’t.

@GodrejAppliance I have been struggling to get my AC serviced. The guy who came in said, I will cancel the request and look into it personally, when I denied the request, he never showed up again. He left the AC open.
