I am not satisfied with my experience with Uber Support on X. I have reached out multiple times and spent a significant amount of time trying to resolve my issue, but unfortunately, I have not received any real solution. My account was deactivated without any clear evidence or proper explanation, which has directly affected my only source of income. I rely on Uber as my primary job, and this situation has put me in a very difficult position. I am fully willing to cooperate with Uber and provide any information or take any steps necessary to resolve this issue. However, I need serious attention and a fair review of my case. I respectfully request that my case be escalated to a specialized team or higher management for a thorough and fair evaluation, and to have my account reactivated if there is no clear and proven reason for the deactivation. Additionally, I have experienced long delays and a lack of clear responses, which has been very frustrating. I hope my case will be handled urgently and fairly.

@Uber @Uber_Support My account was deactivated for “duplicate account,” but I had never had an Uber account before. Later, Uber gave several different reasons for the deactivation, including photo/identity issues. Because of these inconsistent explanations, my appeal was unfair.

I'm a former Diamond driver with a 100% acceptance rate on Uber. My account was permanently deactivated because I uploaded my airport permit as a screenshot and the system flagged it as a fake document. The permit is completely legitimate. I've already appealed but it seems no real person reviewed my case. Is this how loyal drivers are treated?
