@ubereats_uk I always used uber eats, but this is the second time you have refused to give me a refund for items that didn’t turn up. Telling me my orders not eligible for a refund, so now I’m paying for items I didn’t receive. Uber one cancelled.

Disappointed with @Uber taxi fare in Watford today. A trip that normally costs around £12–£15 was charged at cheapest option £25. I understand prices can vary, but none of the usual factors seemed to apply. Time to look at other taxi apps and services in the @watford area.

WARNING ABOUT MY UBER EXPERIENCE IN LONDON Two days ago, I took an Uber to SE10. When I arrived home, I realized that all of my shopping bags had been left in the driver’s boot. The bags contained approximately £95 worth of groceries and food, including perishable items. These were not luxury goods or valuables – they were my family’s weekly food shopping. Since then, my friend, who booked the trip, has contacted Uber several times, submitted reports, and repeatedly tried to call the driver. Unfortunately, the driver has ignored all calls and has made no attempt to return our belongings. We have spent the last two days trying to resolve this issue through Uber’s support system, but we still have no solution and no way to contact the driver directly. I understand that items can be forgotten accidentally. However, once a driver becomes aware that a passenger is trying to recover their property, ignoring all communication is unacceptable. I am extremely disappointed by both the driver’s behavior and the lack of effective support in recovering my belongings. Has anyone else experienced a similar situation with Uber? Absolutely disgraceful - the driver purposely took a longer route at 4:30 in the morning when there was no traffic so that the fare would increase by over double. He took this journey without my approval and @Uber are not willing to refund it @Uber_Support - 2008 Unfair Trading!

@ubereats_uk can you please respond to your chat!!! I ordered food from @FiveGuysUK and that came an hour later cold and the milkshake melted, it’s literally like water 🤢. Do not take orders if you can’t deliver on time. I live 10min away from where the food came from. WTH!
