This actually solves a real problem - when AI agents ship code, you need to trace back what prompted what output. Beyond just accountability, this could unlock some interesting use cases around debugging agent behavior and improving prompt → code workflows.

Claude users: developers, researchers, people doing complex work ChatGPT users: everyone else Anthropic clearly has superior models right now. But does serving a smaller, high-intent audience give them leverage in the race to superintelligence? Or does mass market adoption matter more?

My only advice to CEOs this year.. Hire tinkerers. Make it high status. Find ones that will explore the edges and (ideally) naturally gifted at teaching people. Empower them to freely roam across the org and fix large problems that can be automated. All your execs will complain that these tinkerers don’t understand scale or systems (rollout being a favorite word). Listen, and ignore them. Or even better give them budget to hire a tinkerer to achieve their targets. Give these tinkerers ambition, purpose and hard targets and watch them fly.

Much of any digital job is now preparing context for AI models. Organizing files in folders, naming everything correctly, introducing things in the right order, and only then asking the AI to do something in clear written English.
