What Arvind Kejriwal is effectively arguing is startling: If the judge is not acceptable to me, I will not participate. A litigant cannot reserve for himself the right to choose the Bench, question integrity without proof, and then walk away when the court rejects those claims. This reduces the justice system to a spectacle, where allegations are made freely, institutions are pressured publicly, and accountability is treated as optional. The judiciary must draw a firm line. Not for one politician but to make it clear that courts cannot be browbeaten, selectively respected, or treated like forums of convenience.

Nobody in 21st century created a political party and got electoral success across India under Modi-shah regime.

Know this. It is his bad-luck that 12 of his 13 political years he has spent in Modi’s era who is unprecedentedly undemocratic.
If it was a sober government in centre, Kejriwal would have achieved 10X of what he has achieved until now, half of his energy and capabilities were wasted in fighting Modi-Shah.
