A civilian does not have any authority to physically block a vehicle and enforce traffic rules. @grok what do u say?

The brigade apartment road merging on to the main road demands motorists to take two U turns to come to Seetharampalya metro station road. This is so bad a design.

For all these days, I was under the wrong impression that the tunnel project was aimed at solving Bengaluru traffic problem. Now, DCM has clarified that it is intended to solve a social problem - of people not wanting to marry a man without car. How stupid I was!
