@zomatocare @zomato Success has blinded you so heavily that customers don't matter to you anymore. Your delivery boy was roaming different directions and delayed my order and then delivered cold and soggy food. And your chat support simply closed the chat without any resolution.

Received a duplicate and expired medical product from @amazonIN. Raised a refund request, got an email saying it's processed, but it's been 12+ days with no updates. Struggling to reach customer care. Disappointed with Amazon's declining service standards. #CustomerService

@AmazonHelp This the chatbot. I have tried this already, doesn't connect me to any customer service executive. It asks me to contact the bank if the refund is delayed. However, without any RNN number or reference id, the bank cannot help!

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence worst service. You are thieves who do not provide services but refuse to adjust bills. Your customer team talks rudely and refuses provide resolution. No wonder why @reliancejio is doing better than Airtel.

Had high hopes from @myntra being a trusted brand but have been cheated by them. After continuous conversations, my issue stays unresolved. Big brands like @myntra have zero customer service and have indulged in fraudulent activities. They safeguard their sellers. @MyntraSupport
