@WSJ_Support how is it that I suspend a subscription weeks in advance, but am still billed. Customer service is saying this is normal? Complete scam to bill for services that I suspended and havent received.

@redtagca deplorable cust service. Hotel in Montego Bay is closed but getting run around for refund. I’ve been on 3 calls over 2 hrs each and been told I’ll get a call back to get a refund. Never happens.Emails also going unanswered. Scam! Sad as I used to use you a lot @CBCNews
