@bookingcom @AerLingus I have two cases open with @AerLingus on this- no reply and this reply from @Bookingcom. I booked 4 tickets from Dub to YYJ and I am just trying to change one letter of 1 name. Everyone is happy to take my money but then zero support. Frustrating

The problem is both companies say they can’t help & that I should buy a new ticket, which seems outrageous @bookingcom @AerLingus

I have messed up booking Christmas flights, by misspelling a name by 1 letter. Booked via booking.com, because unable to book direct with AerLingus due to the destination. Now neither are willing to delete 1 letter from the booking. Help! @bookingcom @AerLingus
