@UPS why is it that UPS always decides what holidays my business is closed do not bring my packages I have a major function tomorrow. I’m waiting for these three packages that were coming today and you are not coming with them

@DHLUS check the package has been sitting in Ohio to come to me in NJ and it’s been sitting there since Monday and I keep getting the runaround saying that they don’t have a flight to put it on. I could drive to Ohio faster than it’s coming

@British_Airways I keep emailing customer service about an issue that I had on a recent flight about my Avi and no one ever gets back to me and they close the the question without even a response. Is there a phone number I can call?

@UPS how come my local UPS hub has decided that my business is closed today and won’t deliver my package when in fact it’s not closed. They never asked me if I was closed. They took it upon themselves to assume that I’m closed. This happens all the time. Why?

@UPS Why am I paying for international shipping if I’m expected to call Portugal myself to locate a stuck package? UPS International support should handle this. Not the customer service I expected. Maybe DHL should be shipping my international packages

@ATT I have been dealing with a trade-in since July on my account and I thought in September we finally got it taken care of to find out in December. It’s still not being credited properly. I made a call and somebody was supposed to get back to me, but that never happened 😡

@DHLUS I have a package that’s coming from Italy to United States and I went to track it and it’s held in Germany called customer service and they told me here’s the number for Germany. Call them. That’s how you handle a shipment issue.

@FedEx so disappointed in FedEx customer service.
I was told when I was away for 5 weeks the weekly pickup doesn’t happen. No worry they are notified when I have a pickup. Now you change your tune an want me to pay to pay you $22.90 for nothing.

@DHLGlobal Trying to get a live agent all day via the web features and there are none available. How come that’s your preferred way to communicate and nobody there. I guess I should look for another carrier.

@DHLGlobal hey DHL I understand the duties and the tariffs are always constantly changing however, trying to get a hold of somebody to dispute a duty do is impossible when the paperwork says an amount and you’ve got to go ahead and quadruple the amount of duty help
