@Venmo @VenmoSupport, I spent more than an hour on your chat to report a copycat account (which some of our customers already paid into unfortunately). Your CSR assured me that it was reported and no longer a valid account. Now I can’t find OUR account at all & can’t log in. Why?

@avianca @aviancanam please do not offer a WhatsApp service if you can’t do it properly. Tried it many times, w/out success. Difficult to get an agent, then they disconnect you if you haven’t replied in 2 mins even though info requested takes at least 3 mins to type out! 🤦🏻‍♀️

@united after countless delayed/cancel flights in 2024 (one of which you still owe me a car rental for and have still not paid up) you will not allocate 800 measly miles so that I can remain a gold status flyer. Really?! Instead you try to sell me 10,000 miles for almost $1000.🤦🏻‍♀️

This is the 3rd time in a row you have cancelled my flights @united. I have now lost over three days plus all the stress and hassle (let’s not forget the extra time required to file claims to get reimbursed for my expenses incurred during these extra days.

OH @UNITED, YOU DID US A DIRTY! AFTER MAKING US WAIT OVER 4 HOURS, & BOARDING US, YOU CANCELLED THE FLIGHT AT 9.30PM. TOO LATE TO GET OUT SO WE LOSE AN ENTIRE DAY (AND WE HAVE TO FLY VIA HOUSTON! WE SPECIFICALLY DROVE TO CHICAGO SO WE COULD HAVE A DIRECT FLIGHT! 😡)

I usually use this platform to complain, but not today. @SingaporeAir agent Raksha at SFO went above and beyond to help me solve an issue. Just wanted to give her a special shout out. Thank you very much! 🙏🏽🙏🏽
