@Walgreens when your hold message says “we will be with you shortly” and it’s been 35 minutes, it seems we have different definitions of “short.”

I want to talk a little bit more about this particular #100DaysofArtHistoryJinjins entry. I deliberately tweaked my copy, because I found the original image by Klimt gorgeous and striking--but also male gaze-y, orientalist, and an example of cultural appropriation.

@natalierachel Parent friends I know don’t use Santa as a threat. That’s in a song, but not day-to-day vocab. I suppose some must. I do it because my parents did (terrible answer) and the message once my kids figure it out is “now you get to be Santa.” Focus is kindness without needing credit

@amazon jumping through hoops to cancel subs should be illegal for consumer finance protection. A) it’s impossible to cancel from the app. There’s no good reason why except you hope to make it difficult. B) just finding this screen took 6+ clicks. And C) typed URLs no links! Grrr
