@marksandspencer bought this light up candle to use for christmas. it hasn't even lasted to the 8th, it's gone so quickly, but more worrying the side is melting! Only saw today when wax got even lower, luckily was nearby to notice.

@marksandspencer Hi, I shopped in store today and have no generated digital receipt on my sparks account. I asked the cashier and she said I would get one but there is no record and I wish to return a few items

@weezerfly I have checked the number is correct. Try calling our customer service team and ask them to put you through to Electric department.
Please dial 0800 11 00 00 for our customer service team. They are open Monday to Friday 8am–6pm and 9am-4pm Saturdays.

@VeryHelpers Hi, I am trying to speak to someone today about a Fitbit I our based in March, it is possibly faulty as not syncing, turn off randomly. Today had the wrong time on, slow giving phone notifications. However number I was told to call tells me you have a technical fault
