@Avis already took care of it by the time you responded. If booking with a third party, which you do not allow adding on car seats by them, it would be nice for your rep to say that and just tell people to ask when you get to the airport or add an option after the fact. Waste of time.

@BestBuy gotta get your delivery setup and app in working order. Scheduling at the store is not reflected in the app or emails. Chatting in app is just being passed around to bots for awhile. Someone has to be here for the delivery but some of us don’t sit at our house all day

We got the situation fixed and hopefully Medit & third party vendors improve their follow thru with these types of situations. It was quick getting the replacement scanner, just a little too quick in requiring payment and enforcing the consequences. Medit still a great product

@meditcompany really disappointed in your handling of my replacement scanner. I got locked out of using it even though there was no warning and I hadn’t even received the invoice from the third party vendor. That’s a sure fire way of ruining your fan base and referral source

@ATT how can we be told by two different associates that our bill will be less if switching only to get the next bill and it’s higher and the supervisor says it’s going to be at least $240 a year more?? That’s legit lying. False advertising. Fraud. #att
