Update: the battle underway within the reconciliation meeting is heating up. Mike Turner went on camera this morning saying the language in the bill is bad and the UAP Act will likely fail. The UAP Review board is not the issue. The issues are: 1) the eminent domain language in [Sections 9010]. The defense contractors have drawn a line in the sand and are pressuring those members to whom they provide large campaign donations to remove that section or pull the bill. 2) the subpoena powers provided for in [Section 9006(i) - Powers]. This creates creates greater risk to those inside the USAPs to withhold, hide or destroy UAP related records or materials. 3) the language pertaining to the Department of Energy in [Section 9003(22)] and the Atomic Energy Act in [Section 9002(a)(4). The DOE is where many think the bulk of UAP USAPs have been parked. #ufotwitter @Disclosure
