@Killmoenetwork This one makes me mad. Don't sell your dog. "With a fresh c-section scar"?? If you can't handle your dog anymore - there are so many rescues that will re-home them. As someone who lost a dog to armed theft, Don't sell your Frenchie... especially don't do it in SW!

WASHINGTON, D.C. – Detectives from the Metropolitan Police Department's Seventh District seek the public’s assistance in locating a dog taken in an armed robbery that occurred in Southeast.   On Friday, December 22, 2023, at approximately 2:52 p.m., the victim listed her dog for sale online and the suspect contacted her to purchase the dog. When the victim arrived in the 3300 block of 14th Place, Southeast, the suspects approached the victim and took the dog. When the victim attempted to retrieve the dog, one of the suspects brandished a handgun and threatened to shoot the victim.  The victim left and called 9-1-1.   The dog, “Mocha”, is described as a 1-year-old female French Bulldog. She is beige, has a microchip, and a fresh c-section scar on her stomach. A photo of Mocha can be seen below.

@PaulGoodman24 @puravidabrac Never. Cap. Sales. People. If it’s “costing” you too much revenue the comp is not set up right. Sales people will always work their comp plan and should always be incentivized to make more money. When they make more money, you make A LOT more money. Love sales & sales leadership!

Today my former company, @puravidabrac, let go of the first employee we hired 13 years ago. They were bringing in $7M of sales per year, but their commissions were "too high" Instead of reducing commissions and having a conversation with the employee.
