@meathead_prof Can you point me to a resource I can read more about this, and know exactly what to look for in blood work? Thanks.

Brothers, please get your wives bloodwork done, have them check her hormones. I have coached hundreds of perimenopausal women and estrogen dominance messes with a woman. There’s a reason that women initiate most divorces, and while I won’t put it all on hormones, they certainly affect things. Just watch out though, normal ranges don’t mean much. You need to pay attention to that progesterone to estrogen ratio. Progesterone decline can lead to irritability, anxiety, depression, brain fog, fatigue, and reduced emotional resilience. Progesterone has calming effects and its drop can worsen sleep issues and anxiety. Btw, progesterone needs carbs. Low carb diets for females are a bad idea. Anyway, I could rant on this forever; but I just heard of another woman in the church who left her husband… peak menopause. I’m convinced it’s related.

See what I’m saying guys… Why are young people having such poor immune status? And why is no one checking?

@AbudBakri Currently a 4.2 ratio. When I was diagnosed with stage 1A testicular cancer almost 5 years ago my ratio was 3.5. Lymphocyte count was 0.91K/uL yikes.

Lymph/monocyte ratio 🧪 Everyone has longitudinal data on this from their childhood No one is noticing the decline, especially in the past 7 years @bryan_johnson look at your ratio that I pointed a few months ago and how this relates to your autoimmune condition

This doesn't mean every issue shows up in your stool. But a lot of common ones leave clues there. Like low stomach acid, enzyme deficiencies, bile issues, fast or slow motility, fermentation, inflammation. Color, form, consistency, undigested food, floating, odor. These can all point to something worth looking into before it turns into a bigger problem. And it costs nothing.

Reminder: your stool is one of the best indicators you have for what's going on in your gut. Whether you're dealing with symptoms or not, a quick glance before you flush can tell you a lot.

A rape gang inquiry report, carried out by Rupert Lowe, has just been released. It is absolutely horrific to read. There must be justice.

@JayCCalhoun Interesting, thank you. I’d like to read further on that position. Do you know of anyone writing/has written about circles of affection in those terms? Or even way in the past in a different context that can be applied universally?

@woodsman259 I think some position only deserves an -ism if it makes no exceptions or calls all working together illegitimate. Nobody does that. So it's just degrees of preference and circles of affection, which doesn't justify an -ism.

I don't believe in kinism. By that, I don't mean that I reject it. I think it's not a thing.

I want to introduce you to Steve. He’s 83. His wife died a few months ago and he comes to this lodge in Spring Mill, Indiana and draws. He taught art in Terre Haute, IN his whole life. He also did courtroom sketches in court cases. In the comments I’ll share some pics from his sketchbook. He was excited when I said I was going to share his sketches with the world.

Recognizing that the world ended in 1914 and everything after has been either futile attempts to rebuild it, or outright attempts to poison the ashes, is paramount. Nothing will make sense without this as a baseline.

Holy shit I might start unironically believing that WW1 was the End of the World. I might become a WW1 eschatologist. The world was killed by 1914 and we are still in its death throes←astonishingly coherent. Armageddon was just over a century ago
