Newly built condos in Metro Vancouver are too pricey to sell. In @cityofVancouver, 81% of new unsold condo units are priced at $1m+. (14% are over $3m.) In @CityofBurnaby 81% of new unsold condo inventory is on market for $1m+ And Richmond has 30% of the unsold condo inventory.
