Lately I've been musing about how two people with such different wiring can build a life together. 💭 Men and women bring unique lenses, and sometimes those differences collide. For those of you who are married or in long-term relationships: when conflict hits, what helps you reconnect? What strategies keep your home a place of support rather than division? I’m genuinely curious about the everyday habits, values, and mindsets that hold families together (and what can pull them apart). Drop your insights or stories below — let’s learn from each other. ❤️

For those taking creatine daily (5g+): Have you noticed your creatinine levels go up in blood or urine tests? I’ve been wondering about this. Since creatine breaks down into creatinine, it seems logical… but it also overlaps with how kidney function is measured. Curious what others are seeing in real data.

@CoachDanGo What is the rule of thumb for daily creatine intake? 10-15 grams per day. Does anyone take a lot more than this or a lot less than this?

@JRrews @CoachDanGo Thanks for sharing! My doctor, a vegan and whole-foods guy, takes 10 g per day. That surprised me. I will definitely ask him for more details at my next visit.

@xu_abe @CoachDanGo 5g(1 scoop) is what most people are taking. There are whispers now that upping the daily intake could have additional benefits. I think you're good with 5g daily.

1. Creatine Monohydrate This is one of the most studied supplements on the planet. Builds muscle, boosts brain function, and improves recovery. I take 10 to 15 grams daily mixed with water. If I could only keep one supplement in my stockpile, it would be this one.

I've been thinking about why lifting weights and clean eating give me so much mental clarity. Turns out science backs it up 💡 Recent research found that a higher basal metabolic rate (BMR) is linked to better cognitive performance and may even help protect against Alzheimer's and Parkinson's. After a year of strength training and healthier meals, I feel warmer, calmer, and mentally sharper — which makes sense if BMR fuels brain health. Maintaining muscle as we age keeps BMR up and could keep our brains young. Do you track your BMR or notice a difference in your mental energy with strength training? 🤔✨ #Longevity #BrainHealth #Metabolism

I’ve noticed something interesting: When my metabolism feels “high” (warm, energized), I also feel: •calmer •more confident •mentally active Turns out there’s actually some science behind this. Studies show: •Higher basal metabolic rate (BMR) is associated with better cognitive function •Lower BMR is linked to higher dementia risk The brain is extremely energy-hungry — more baseline energy may support better function. Not claiming causation… but the correlation is hard to ignore. Study below 👇

@SahilBloom Just curious, would it be more effective to consume grass-fed tallow in the diet compared to applying it to the skin?
