@AmazonHelp And after so much of waiting getting the same response. Why you people are operating the delivery services when you don't have the competency and you can't sack the responsible people who are doing the frauds in between the delivery. I will definitely escalate it more.

@AmazonHelp Already reported as mentioned in the second tweet. They said that they have conducted and internal investigation and have found that all the items were present at their screening points, but I have not received one of the items.

@AmazonHelp It was not supposed to be and open-box delivery but surprisingly received a box which was already opened. I ordered 4 items, 2 from same seller and 2 from 2 different individual sellers.

AND, On top of that, got the response from Customer service that they have done an internal investigation (god knows they really did or not) and they didn't any issue any they can't help further.

@MPEBIndore @MyMPGov @Shivraj @PradhumanGwl What kind of management is this, Huge scam going on. Sending unjustified bills to people. Adding the actual reading photo and Bill screenshot. Even after doing the settlement, meter reader is threatening about cutting the supply.
