I tried to get home tonight after an amazing evening with friends. At 2330, there’s nobody available to provide assistance on the Sidcup line. For the nth time. That’s our train but we can’t take it. Waiting for a taxi now.

@Andrewislington @GWRHelp I’d imagine it replicates an automated way into putting it on a GWR app. Similar to how you can add railcards to trainline without having purchased it from traineline. Show your ticket, and your railcard together.

Great trip today to the WICC (Wessex Integrated Control Centre) learning more about how our outer area trains are controlled, and how all the decisions are made!

@trainfanmatt So because location data is done with train describers, it actually gets all arrival and departure times based on those. Signals close to the entry of a station will normally be unaffected, but farther away might have some rough equation done to make it more accurate.
