This is actually a good thing, and a reason why America is such a great country. Nobody is born to rule by Divine Right....a very archaic concept. It has subjected billions of people to the whims of tyrants, without much recourse, since the beggining of structured government. It was a way to create a permanent underclass who only serve(and live) at the behest of the lord's and nobles who own all the land and resources. This type of classism has prevented truly great people from ascending. The world will be a better place without rule by divine right.
