The accelerated genocide in Palestine has now been live-streamed for 1000 days. The time for inaction, debate, and equivocation is long over. No one can claim ignorance at this stage. No one who has not taken some action to stop this can claim moral absolution. No complicit individual, politician, media company, tech or arms corporation, store carrying Israeli products, or Israel regime proxy group can be allowed to escape accountability. This globalized genocide must be denormalized. Every perpetrator and regime supporter must be publicly exposed, and must face full social ostracization and political, economic, and legal accountability. Genocide must be made a redline and this must end.

#SpatialJustice #Tafelberg @ConCourtSA: Imposes a “supervisory” order against @CityofCT & @WesternCapeGov Obligations of Province & City include: a. Location of housing must be taken into account in determining what constitutes reasonable delivery of housing; b. Sea Point is included in CBD for social housing delivery; c. Province must submit a report under oath setting out its affordable housing plans; d. A report of housing delivered since the commencement of this litigation must be provided (BIG PROBLEM: The answer is ZERO). Report must include similar information about housing in or around City Centre. Province failed to meaningfully engage with public and conduct a proper public consultation process about the disposal of the land. (This is a BIG deal for the City as well - they’re selling off land like we have a fire sale). @ReclaimCT @NdifunaUkwazi
