Meanwhile, Republicans in Congress see the writing on the wall. A record 36 are retiring early. Donald Trump is sitting around 40% approval at best, closer to the low 30s by some measures. When a president is under 50%, their party historically loses an average of 34 seats in Congress. Democrats only need a handful of seats. The energy is real and it is growing.

The black working class doesn’t have the numbers on either side of the aisle. Not on the Democrat side or the Republican side. Even with 90% of the black voting block being locked in with the Democratic Party, that same party is actively replacing them with other groups. If the black working class were smart, they’d vote for the GOP to at least make a statement to the Democrats… but they’re too foolish to do that. The most pathetic thing to witness is a black Democrat thinking they’re going to get some tangibles from Democrats. Those tangibles are going directly to immigrants & the lgbtq community.
