Just an American
@all4this2
U.S. Congress certified a criminal enterprise on Jan 6, 2020. And they all know it,

Every new car in the U.S. will be required by law to have tech that puts constant surveillance on the driver by 2027. AI in your car will determine if you're sober and fit to drive, automatically turning off the vehicle if it determines you're a danger on the road.

Federal law says new cars after 2026 must monitor drivers and shut down if the car disapproves. Your dashboard should not be judge, jury, and executioner. @RepScottPerry @RepChipRoy offered an amendment to defund the automobile kill switch mandate. Here’s our debate:

🚨Drugged Cuban Truck Driver Massacres Family of Four — CH Robinson (Wall Street Freight Broker) Now Asking Supreme Court for Get-Out-of-Jail-Free Card The day before Christmas, a family of four was wiped out by a Cuban national truck driver hauling freight for CH Robinson. The driver couldn't speak English, was high on crystal meth and cocaine, then fled back to Cuba — and was never held accountable. Now CH Robinson is at the Supreme Court begging for immunity from lawsuits over crashes just like this one. They profit off these loads while American families pay with their lives. ENOUGH. Hold everyone profiting off these deaths accountable — including the freight brokers who keep hiring unsafe carriers and shady operators. No more blood money. No more immunity. Safety over profits. American roads for accountable drivers. #AmericanTruckersUnited #NoImmunityForBrokers #HoldThemAccountable

.@SecDuffy: 53% of Commercial Driver's Licenses issued to foreigners in New York were issued illegally. We gave them FOUR MONTHS to comply with the law. They refused, so we had no choice but to pull funding — and if they still refuse, we can pull their ability to issue CDLs.

CH Robinson, you are fully responsible for vetting every carrier you do business with and award — full stop. Blaming the FMCSA for “vetting your carriers” has zero merit especially when you’re personally handing out your own Carrier of the Year trophy to companies that aren’t even registered with the USDOT. How is the FMCSA responsible for vetting your carriers when you are awarding Carrier of the Year to entities who are not even registered with the USDOT? Please explain your vetting process for selecting the CH Robinson Carrier of the Year. Who at CH Robinson is included in that decision-making process? Why did CH Robinson award Super Ego the Carrier of the Year for 2025 (1,000+ trucks category)? Why would you award Carrier of the Year to a Serbian enterprise with no USDOT number? Was it about the margin? How much margin have you captured off Super Ego? American truckers and the driving public deserve real answers — not excuses. Transparency now. #CHRobinson #CarrierOfTheYear #TruckingSafety #VettingMatters
