You're right, local models aren't as good as cloud models That's not the point though The point is to have free, private intelligence that can do work for you 24/7 around the clock I have a 3 local models scraping Reddit, product hunt, and other sites 24/7 Looking for challenges to solve That model hands all of those challenges to another local model That model takes the challenges, then builds apps to solve those challenges A 24/7/365 software factory that never sleeps Would never be possible in a million years with cloud models. Would cost me $10,000 a month in tokens. I paid that one time up front for a Mac Studio that runs this Yes Claude Opus 4.6 is smarter than Qwen 3.5. But Qwen 3.5 running locally is still Sonnet 4.5 level. Just 6 months behind. Think about how good it will be 6 months from now. Nvidia just entered the local race. They are going to change EVERYTHING That's not even counting all the other benefits: 1. You can't get banned for using the model the wrong way 2. Costs just the price of electricity 3. Completely private. No AI execs reading your logs 4. 0 latency 5. Completely customizable This is the future. Become sovereign.

This is day 1 of asking @LeaderJohnThune to pass the SAVE Act. Whereas proof of citizenship is not required to register to vote; Whereas Texas found thousands of illegal aliens on its voter rolls; Whereas states like CA, OR, & WA, give Driver’s Licenses to illegal aliens; Whereas Minnesota allows for 1 registered voter to vouch for 8 other persons without an ID; Whereas the American people demand fair elections; Whereas restoring confidence in our elections would inspire more Americans to vote; Whereas federal elections begin in Wisconsin February 2026; Now, therefore, be it resolved that Senate Majority Leader Thune should swiftly bring forth a vote on the SAVE Act and utilize every means to pass the bill with a simple majority vote.

Bad day for $TMDX but good day for long-term shareholders that are using this pullback to accumulate more shares. We bought more $TMDX today. I'm not 100% sure why $TMDX is down -10% today and down -26% over the last 3 weeks, despite strong Q4 earnings and good 2026 guidance (which we all know is conservative)... but I'm guessing this pullback is related to higher fuel prices and weaker flight data (over the past 7-10 days). Let me address these points: 1) Management has said many times they pass along the majority of higher fuel prices to their customers through fuel surcharges. When you are transporting a life saving organ I'm pretty sure the customer/hospital/patient/insurance company isn't concerned with a fuel surcharge when the options are death or styrofoam coolers. 2) Flight data can be very volatile, it was very hot the first 7-10 days of March and it's been cooler the past 7-10 days. Flights are still averaging 28.5 per day for March and around that number for all of Q1. Hard to know how we end the month but I'm guessing we're somewhere around 28-29 flights per day which is inline with January and February numbers. We also need to keep in mind that $TMDX is doing at least 35-40% of their transports via ground and if we're seeing weaker flight data it might be because ground transports have ticked up to 45-50%, very hard to know in real time. Just to be clear, I'm more bullish on $TMDX today at $112 per share than I ever have been before. I honestly believe this could be a ~$400 stock in the next 4-5 years. There are so many catalysts over the next 6-12 months that could take $TMDX much higher. I believe $TMDX can get to $1.85B revenues in 2030 with 25% net income margins, with a 32 P/E and adding back the net cash... $TMDX is a $400 stock. $TMDX did $605.5M in revenues in 2025, they guided to 22.5% revenue growth for 2026... I believe management is being very conservative... I think they end up doing closer to 30% revenue growth in 2026... which means $TMDX is now trading at approximately 5x NTM revs... too cheap for a company that might be growing at 30% YoY with good margins and a very credible management team that has a proven track record. I just finished reading today's analyst note from William Blair... the analyst reiterates their buy rating but doesn't have a price target. The analyst says they recently met with the $TMDX management team and came away from the meetings "incrementally more positive". Analyst says $TMDX remains one of their top alpha-generating ideas for 2026. Analyst says it will be a bigger investment year for $TMDX (which we already knew)... management says these investments will be approx $40-45M in 2026. $TMDX is making these investments for 4 reasons: 1) completion of the OCS 2.0 trials (Enhance for Heart, Denovo for lung) 2) development of the OCS Kidney machine which $TMDX plans to present in June at the American Transplant conference 3) international expansion (starting in Europe) 4) development of OCS 3.0 machines Analyst says they're looking for operating margins to be approx 15% in 2026 however they believe operating margins would have been 20% without these bigger investments. Analyst thinks operating margins could reach 30% by end of 2028. Days like this are never fun for long-term investors but they shouldn't stress you out if nothing in your investment thesis has changed. As a shareholder I'm glad that $TMDX is making these necessary investments into R&D, logistics and international expansion. It just means the moat gets even bigger and my long-term investment thesis gets even stronger. NFA. DYOR. **I own $TMDX personally and we have a position at @FirstWaveFund
