@ANI Four wheelers has seatbelt mandatory. Two wheelers has helmets. Then comes flying iron belded grills, open on all side, no safety, 6 passenges - Erickshaw. Does this make any sense? How are these even legal? Are both state & central govt and courts, pure blind and ignorant?

#WATCH | Delhi: A car collided with a battery rickshaw at around 6:00 PM, causing it to overturn. The rickshaw driver and five passengers sustained injuries in the incident. The driver of the car immediately shifted all injured persons to Vinayak Hospital in his vehicle. During treatment, the rickshaw driver, Nagender (36 yrs), succumbed to his injuries. The other injured persons, two women and three children, are undergoing treatment and are reported to be out of danger. The driver of the offending vehicle has been identified as Dr. Sidharth, a resident of Rohini and currently working as Senior Resident (Radiologist) at GB Pant Hospital. His medical examination is being conducted to rule out intoxication. The vehicle has been seized. Further legal proceedings are underway.
