@iNikhilsaini Driver issue. The car speed was lower initially, driver mistakenly pressed accelerator instead of brake. Secondly, barricades are not possible on these routes, big vehicles use the extra gaps to give pass. Also the constant rock falling makes it impossible to stick for longer.

Hilly roads are already too narrow and without barricades it becomes even more risky. The car driver could not brake in time after seeing the bus on the blind curve and the car fell into the gorge, though the bus driver should have blown the horn on curve. 📍Chamba

Various state police are sending notices to Twitter seeking user details even for trivial issues, like mere criticism of state functioning. Such cases rarely hold up in court, and even the police know it. They still proceed because they know that the process is the punishment. They seek details; Twitter notifies the user that the police want their information, that alone is usually enough to scare most people. If details are shared, the user is called to the police station for questioning. In most cases, they’re let go after that, but by then the process has worn them down enough to deter them from speaking again. So people, waqt sahi nahi hai. Unless you have strong backing and/or big money, be careful about what you write. The rights you think you have don’t actually exist if a state decides to go after you.

The bullock cart was in the correct lane. It was not speeding, not overtaking, not coming from wrong side but still someone from behind hit and overturned it. Someone please suggest how we can save India from such monsters.

#WATCH | Delhi: A car collided with a battery rickshaw at around 6:00 PM, causing it to overturn. The rickshaw driver and five passengers sustained injuries in the incident. The driver of the car immediately shifted all injured persons to Vinayak Hospital in his vehicle. During treatment, the rickshaw driver, Nagender (36 yrs), succumbed to his injuries. The other injured persons, two women and three children, are undergoing treatment and are reported to be out of danger. The driver of the offending vehicle has been identified as Dr. Sidharth, a resident of Rohini and currently working as Senior Resident (Radiologist) at GB Pant Hospital. His medical examination is being conducted to rule out intoxication. The vehicle has been seized. Further legal proceedings are underway.
