Started Reta in April at 2mg. Added 2mg every four weeks. Have been at 6mg for a while. I think it's all about the body getting used to things. RHR went up 5-7 BPM for two months. Now back down below 60 BPM. Oh yeah and I dropped 25 lbs along the way. Very happy with Reta.

Bros on X shilling peptides like they’re the cheat code to the matrix. “Bro just pin Reta, you’ll be shredded, vascular and fucking immortal” Me after 3 months on Reta: resting heart rate went from a chill 58 to hitting 90+ on 8mg. Thanks for the optimized heart kings. Next you’ll tell me the tachycardia is just fat burning mode because my glucagon receptors are activated.

@J_Schwanee Check the dates. The InBody scan was days before the DEXA. I was trying to point out how meaningless anything but a DEXA scan is. Find a place to get them regularly.

@HoosierKid31 Spent probably $2500 on peptides, trt, supplements and $1000 on blood work last year. This year I'm looking at spending $500 on stuff and $3,000 on testing. Total spend about the same. Outcomes comply different.

Honest question: How much money have you spent on TRT, peptides, supplements, GLP-1s, bloodwork and health optimization over the last year? Now how much of your data have you actually tracked? Most people spend thousands optimizing and zero time measuring. Data changes everything. I GOT YOU!! Track everything from weight and sleep to blood glucose, energy, training performance, dosing protocols, and more—all in one place. @J_Schwanee @a7las1984 It's amazing how the thyroid dictates how the rest of the body feels. I think Thyroid hormone therapy was 100x more impactful than TRT. Although I wouldn't want to give up either.

125mcg levothyroxine and 10mcg liothyronine. I have blood work soon so I’m super curious to see how all these peptides have affected my TSH T3 T4. I’ve been too scared to drop thyroid meds because it took about a year to get shit dialed in with my dosage and different meds. Flare ups had me incredibly fatigued and sleepy all the time. Don’t wanna go back to that.

@a7las1984 She put me on ND Thyroid. It's like 9mcg T3 and 30mcg T4. It's made from pig thyroid so it also has trace amounts of T1 and T2-not sure how critical those are but I figure it's better than lab made hormones.

@eliterecomp Excellent progress. Love to see trends over time. I wish I had more measurements from when I was bigger and more out of shape.

Blew past my goal weight this morning. 172 lbs and still recomping. 📉 Hume Body Pod scale isn't DEXA accurate — but the trends don't lie. Week over week it's been directionally spot on. Real data beats guessing every time. Pics in thread 👇

@eliterecomp Do you have access to cheap DEXAs? The local university has a "body lab" where students learn to use different devices. It's like $70 for a DEXA scan. Worth looking into.

I agree with every word. My next weight marker is a good one from the early 90s when I lived on Capitol Hill in DC and was in decent shape. I remember exactly what I weighed at that time, and I’m in spitting distance of that marker. It was shortly after that when my weight started to rise and really bother me. I vividly recall in the late 90s being at the radio station where I did some work and seeing my reflection in the window as I was doing show prep. The reflection disgusted me. Congratulations to you! Keep up the great work and let’s follow one another’s success.

It’s been 35 weeks** since I started my journey to become as healthy, fit, and strong as possible. This morning, I am 106 lbs lighter than when I began. As best as I can recall, I am now lighter than when I left DC for Colorado 24 years ago. Ironically, one reason I left DC was to escape the rat race and get healthier. Better late than never. While I will continue reducing body fat, my primary focus now is on building muscle. After all, muscle and strength are key to health and longevity. The smartest thing I did when I decided to see what I could accomplish at age 67 was to move away from fad diets and ridiculous weight-loss programs and instead find the best professional consultants with demonstrable track records of success. After doing my own research, I settled on the three professionals I am currently working with. For optimizing my hormones, Leo @BowTiedHRT has been with me since last November and has become a good friend. For longevity protocols, Jim Lanzilotti at @healthspanmed has been a huge help and is one of the nation’s brightest minds when it comes to longevity. For building muscle and strength, I recently started working with Jake Hicks of RX Strength and Fitness (@StrengthDebates). Jake has been an athlete his entire life, and he works with athletes, teams, and individuals. His workout programs are individually tailored, and his approach differs greatly from the cookie-cutter methods used by so many in his profession. His notes on every workout and exercise are extensive, and he adjusts my program from week to week. Bottom line: With the guidance of three outstanding professionals, I am achieving the results I’ve sought for many years, and I plan to continue this journey for as long as I am fortunate enough to see the sun rise on another day. **I’ve adjusted my weekly official weigh-in to Sundays to align with the daily and weekly data I record for Coach Hicks.

@labs_vanguard This is great. For me to get fasted blood drawn I have to take an hour of vacation at work. It sucks. At home test would fix this.

At home kits going out to our test group this week. They are more limited than a traditional panel and draw but also serve a purpose. Excited for this new opportunity to serve clients who don’t live near a lab or prefer the convenience of an at home option These are the first 4 panels we will be offering. Pricing will be up on the website this week.

The guy was probably running off of pure cortisol and adrenaline before. Now he isn't insulin resistant and his cortisol levels are normal. It probably does feel like he's got less get up and go, just because he's not red lining. He didn't mention he probably also sleeps better and is nicer to everyone he's around.

Calling bullshit. Reta isn’t know for this. Losing 60+ pounds = should mean you have more drive and energy and motivation because you’re less Jabba the Hut than you were before. This is a miserable lifestyle factor. Look internally.

I’ve been on Retatruitide for the past 6 months. I am now down around 25% weight / 60 lbs or so. I feel great, look way better & super happy. Here is what NOBODY tells you. It KILLS your motivation, drive & energy levels.

@Krysia830073 After seeing the wholesale prices you posted this seems possible. Would be smart for a vendor to undercut for the interview. From what I've seen the scammers are lazy and just copy/paste a someone else's price list. Making a list with low prices at least shows effort.
