@SW_Help Let’s see it sustained. Let’s get it well into the 90s. Only then will you be able to say you’ve done a good job. And no cheating by keeping revising timetables even when industrial action is postponed. The measure always has to be against the regular timetable.
English

@livpoksoc @PaulCliftonBBC @RMTunion @SW_Help No doubt so @RMTunion members can get 9 holes in then retire to a boozy lunch in the clubhouse.
English

@PaulCliftonBBC @commute_this @RMTunion @SW_Help I assume the Monday and Thursday morning journey to work will be smooth and punctual seeing as they’ll only be working properly for 5 hours 🤣 Or is the 10am start a load of rubbish and @SW_Help will run an amended timetable for the whole day anyway? @RMTunion thanks for nothing
English

@Phill143 @Granite_Beard @swtrains_watch @SW_Help @LaurenSwr @StandUpToSWR @GroupSwr @DamianHinds @grantshapps @chrisloder Use the template letters provided by @HSLcommuter , 20,000 people have viewed them, and hopefully used them. That might be the reason why @SW_Help backtracked on compensation after the December strike
English

@Granite_Beard @swtrains_watch @SW_Help @SWRstrike @LaurenSwr @StandUpToSWR @GroupSwr @DamianHinds @grantshapps @chrisloder You can make a Consumer rights act refund request to customerrelations@swrailway.com if you're a season ticket holder on a 'consistently late running service'
(But I'd assume they'd subtract any delay repay already claimed)

English

@SW_Help Over the last 6 weeks the 1700 WAT-PTR has only run 48% of the time. The 1730 is at 53%.
Can I please get a discount on my £4600.00 season ticket to reflect this?

@SteveBreave @RMTunion @SW_Help @swtrains_watch @anonswr @SW_unHELPful Yet another few days of misery for commuters. @grantshapps I assume you’re so busy in the north, you’ve completely forgotten the Home Counties. @RMTunion thanks for absolutely nothing @SW_Help sort this out or give up the franchise
English

@RMTunion @RMTunion
Well done you devious bunch of turds. Two days of strikes which you KNOW will screw up the trains for the week. A pox on the lot of you. Sooner the Tories destroy you, the better.

@HSLcommuter @astronought @swtrains_watch Outrageous. A company well and truly out of touch with its customers. @SWR_help time to get your resources allocated correctly. Less focus on revenue protection and focus on getting trains running reliably and customer services
English

@astronought @swtrains_watch Totally ridiculous - I was briefly accused of having a fake season ticket this morning as it didn’t work in the barriers. Not that the magnetic strip wears over time or anything
English

@SW_Help @swtrains_watch What is the point of the gang of 10+ RPIs blocking the gate line at Waterloo, checking the tickets of disembarking passengers? It means my ticket was checked twice in less than 5 seconds and four times in one 55 minute journey.
English

@trolledbytrains Spread the word. Let’s have everyone claim as much as they can
English

Agree completely. Who would keep daily or weekly tickets from December?!
Haslemere Commuter@HSLcommuter
@swtrains_watch @SW_Help @ChrisAlner @PaulCliftonBBC A very good question... In my opinion the onus should be on SWR to prove that the customer did not travel rather than on the customer to prove they did travel - given the lack of compensation arrangements made at the time this is the only alternative
English

@HSLcommuter @PaulCliftonBBC @SW_Help @RMTunion I hope this is as a result of SWR receiving many letters using the template provided by @HSLcommuter. It’s not enough but at least admission that delay repay is simply not good enough
English

@PaulCliftonBBC @SW_Help @RMTunion This is rather surprising given the “no refunds” mantra previously communicated - do you have any insight on why SWR are now keen to compensate (2/2) @SWRstrike
English

@trolledbytrains @SW_Help @grantshapps Nearly 1000 followers here. £10 each must be enough for an initial fighting fund? Any lawyers out there?
English

@SW_Help 06.42 Wey-Wat didn’t show up. You’re negatively impacting people’s mental health. #swrfailedfranchise. @grantshapps you’re on breakfast TV right now talking HS2. We need existing rail to work first!
English

@SW_Help Hey @SW_Help no worries! It’s great waking up at 5.50am only to have the train you want to catch simply not show up. Your apology is not enough #swrfailedfranchise
English

@SWRstrike Hi, this train started from Surbiton this morning due to engineering works, apologies. ^JM
