@craigcaruso @petershankman There are several women who worked at Bloomberg who recorded announcements on the train. There's also a woman from Maine who does train arrival announcements on the lettered lines.

@VerizonSupport, on Mon. 8/3 we had our FiOS service upgraded. After the tech finished we discovered our # 908-272-7617 was changed to 908-276-2091. We did not request or want this change. We have been unable to get a live person to help and the bots don't understand what we want
