🧵Thought I’d share a bit of game footage from my most developed game, Ridge Run: kaviox.com/ridge-run/. This is the Jeep. It starts a bit slow, but it gets better fast

@class_traitor_ @ViiiZachary @Hezbolsonaro What is the Wycliffite Bible to you? There were more than just Byzantines translating the text, you know. If anything, Luther took more inspiration from English proto-Protestant Lollards than he did anything coming out of Italy…

@ViiiZachary @Hezbolsonaro lol without Mehmed’s canons blasting down the walls of Constantinople you don’t have the Greek scholars fleeing to Italy and translating the Bible thus seeding the Reformation.

.@POTUS: "Honoring the British King might seem an ironic beginning to our celebration of 250 years of American independence — but in fact, no tribute could be more appropriate. Long before Americans had a nation or Constitution, we first had a culture, a character, and a creed. Before we ever proclaimed our independence, Americans carried within us the rarest of gifts: moral courage, and it came from a small but mighty kingdom from across the sea."

Automobile kill-switches are coming soon to car dealerships near you. I teamed up w/ Scott Perry & Chip Roy to defund this Orwellian mandate, but too many colleagues (Republican & Democrat) voted against us, so the federal mandate for every new car after 2026 is still in place.
Thomas Massie@RepThomasMassie

Federal law says new cars after 2026 must monitor drivers and shut down if the car disapproves. Your dashboard should not be judge, jury, and executioner. @RepScottPerry @RepChipRoy offered an amendment to defund the automobile kill switch mandate. Here’s our debate:

Guy with “America First” in his bio telling people to vote for a spiritually leftist dual citizen with CTE against the top immigration hawk in Congress who authored the bill that would ban dual citizens from Congress… I’ll say it again: Israel obsession is a mental illness.

The Fourth Amendment isn't optional. If the government wants to read your messages, search your data, or spy on you, they need a warrant. Period. My Fourth Amendment Restoration and Protection Act ends warrantless surveillance of Americans.

The most insane part of the actual Louvre heist that happened a few months ago is that the stolen goods have yet to be recovered, leading authorities to believe that the jewels were likely punched out of the historic French jewelry/tiaras and the metal melted down. These retards stole $100,000,000+ worth of precious heirlooms, melted them down for pennies on the dollar, then all got caught and arrested immediately afterwards. Your universe has no meaning to them. They will not try to understand. They will make a fire with your beautiful oak door.
Drew Pavlou 🇦🇺🇺🇸🇺🇦🇹🇼@DrewPavlou

What exactly is the socialist case for stealing from the Louvre It’s a publicly owned museum, created when the French revolutionary government seized the royal palace from the monarchy and opened it to the public Hasan Piker just equates leftism with being anti-social

@MattOsterndorf @TaupeAvenger Most churches ran be someone who once had half a brain also have their own investment funds worth a million or more that they a percent of the annual profit off of to fund their operations. So add another $200k ish depending on size and how well the Dow does that year.

@MattOsterndorf @TaupeAvenger Sound math, but church-goers tend to be older, and among Protestant churches, wealthier. In my experience (being on the board of a church with ~70-80 weekly attendees), closer to $800k/y can be expected

@idealforreal @ProudBavaria To be fair, China and Asia Minor have been some of the most egregiously bad areas, only after the HRE. Also this year’s DLC schedule is already released… After Byz, we’re getting Spain/Morocco followed by France/Scotland.

@ProudBavaria Waste of game resources, should have been a DLC focused on not a meme/alt history playthrough. Paradox has been catering to Chinese players too much, CK3 got Byzantines (Lots of Chinese Byzaboos) and then China, won’t be surprised if China is announced as a focus for an EUV DLC.

@OrdistOracle @Entengummitiger @abhinav999911 @nikicaga The modern infantry fights mounted in vehicles that the Nazi infantry have limited, if any, capable to defeat. The modern IFV has a larger engagement range with its chain guns and antitank missiles than anything the Nazis could muster. On the infantry front, modern Germany wins

I agree with you completely in terms of tanks, even the best tanks and planes of WW2 would be obliterated by any modern mediocre model of tank or plane. TBH you probably wouldn’t even need modern Tanks and Planes, just drones. But I think the technological difference between the Army infantry is overstated, which is why I think 1941 Germany at least has a chance.

@jahzbf70554 @charleswayne13 @PatrickRuffini But it was. All of the exit data says it was, the results say it was, and the VA Dems say it was. If you voted ‘no,’ you are no longer a Democrat. It’s really that simple!

@charleswayne13 @PatrickRuffini Yes, more democratic voters said yes than no. Thats how voting works. But nearly every republican voter voted No here, while a decent chunk of democratic voter either didnt turn out or also voted no. Its definitely not a good assumption to say this was a partyline vote

Truly great cities will only succeed if they prepare, though. Only a fraction of a percent of people who want to move to NYC or LA can afford to, and they’ll settle for second-rate cities like DFW and Atlanta in the mean time. Urban planners shouldn’t walk into the second third of the 21st century thinking they’ve got it easy - it’s really quite the contrary!

Japan is an advanced case of trends present in nearly every developing country and it seems like: (a) superstar cities will be fine, (b) second tier cities/regional hubs will struggle, and (c) everything else -- smaller cities, towns, rural areas -- will be in free fall.
Hunter📈🌈📊@StatisticUrban

A lot of countries are going to absolutely plummet in population in the next 75 years. You might see more images like this, an old stadium. Once grand infrastructure, no longer able to be sustained for its intended purpose, remade into something new but more mundane. Like those living in the ruins of Roman civilization.
