@RailMinIndia @IRCTCofficial Paid ₹3,800 for 2AC tickets to Delhi (2 seats) and allotted side lower & side upper seats which are not at all comfortable, with heavy mosquito problem in coach. This is not the service we paid for. Travelling with family. Kindly arrange immediate upgrade to proper seats or process refund. Travelling with a 3 year old baby, makes it more dangerous. The allotted side-lower berths are noticeably tilted and uneven, making it impossible to rest through the night. Being enclosed from both sides, the middle portion dips and rises, causing significant discomfort. This is far below the expected standard of a 2AC journey. A change of both seats or an immediate upgrade is sincerely expected.
