@EE @Ofcom am I correct that a contract cannot be sent to collections with an open dispute on the account ?, EE have closed the complaint so I can't escalate it to exec dispute team.

@VodafoneUK Currently 9 days into new contract and still no service. Numerous hours of phonecalls and trip to shop and still no sign of getting what i've paid for. Surely this is unacceptable @Ofcom @CommsOmbudsman. How do I get what I've paid for when vodafone refuse to provide.

@Ofcom why is @EE able to suspend my phone despite asking repeatedly to set up a direct debit? Followed all their requests. Spent a whole day on the phone. Women’s refuge. Having no phone is dangerous! No one listening or doing anything! Very frustrated! 😩 please help!

@Ofcom So this is what happens when you try to complain @virginmedia - the chat doesn't work, there is no email address for complaints, the webform is broken (see photo) and when they speak to you on X they ask you for your password when you're not online on a 5 min timer...

@virginmedia @ofcom @bbc when you try to log a complaint why do your staff say it needs to be closed for it to be escalated? you’ve done nothing the last few days but will be able to fix it after the bank holiday. Wife’s and I data on mobile is used up. Home security is off now

We have just moved to @virginmedia and already on the first day the telephone support is awful, poor, rude, I had to hang up as I was constantly spoken over. They were so unhelpful. Wish we had never moved now #virginmedia

@bt_uk @EE does not matter anymore i was left with no other choice but to switch, but would like you to explain to everyone else how you can refuse to cancel a non contracted landline until a new broadband contract is negotiated thats sounds illegal to me , what say you @Ofcom ?

@EE Customer for 25yrs. Formal Complaint Ref: 27837068 re: faulty iPhone 16. Exec complaints are deleting my emails unread. (I have proof). Denied my rights under Consumer Rights Act. I needs manager now before I escalate to @Ofcom & Ombudsman. Resolve this please.
