When I create an animation in #blender3d , it looks fine there, but when I bring it into #unitygameengine it's as if my avatar is hanging by the hip bone. Notice how the feet in blender stay put but not so in unity. Ideas on what I'm missing here? #vrchat

Part 6, #blender3d #unitygameengine #vrchat Got it figured out. I had to make sure both current avatar and the avatar providing the anim data were both set to be humanoid BEFORE handling the animation files. So it is possible to go meta-rig->auto-rig->re-target meta-rig->unity

Part 5 #blender3d #unitygameengine I see the body error is gone... But I also noticed some warnings in the inspector. Ignoring because anticipation_07 anim clip is no longer used. Same issue... Only certain parts of the chest are moving. Back wings and breasts. I'm puzzled.

Part 2: #blender3d #Unitygameengine #autorig Exported meta-rig fbx w mesh into unity project. Once, in unity, I add the file to the heirarchy. I see the fbx has animation data. I create a new animation, copy all keyframes from that fbx and paste it into new anim.... right?
