Meta took away my payments because they asked me to re-verify my ID when I tried they said it wasn’t me and I’m like what are you talking about? It’s a shitty company. They all are I can’t stand any of them..

This is how @Meta wrongful AI decision can destroy a business I spent 12 years building. My Instagram account @tinakriisss with 207K+ followers was disabled by mistake after identity verification. No real explanation. No real human support. Just automated errors and silence. Now a company I worked with for over 4 years is terminating our long-term contract because my main business platform is gone. They are asking for a refund because I can’t deliver the campaigns I was paid for. I paid for Meta Verified Premium. I contacted support. I sent documents. I tried every recovery option. I am still being ignored. One wrong AI decision should not be able to destroy someone’s income, reputation, contracts, and years of work. @Meta @instagram @mosseri @andymstone @FrancisBrennan @johnwhegeman @joel_kaplan please escalate my case to a real human and give my account back!
