@PersimmonTI A few months back I started mixing decaf and full caffeine coffee grounds when I make a pot. Other than some minor taste difference, can't tell for the most part. If anything I'm drinking less coffee in addition to it being less caffeinated.

Assuming that GLP1 drugs would evaporate NASH market is grossly underestimating the ability and willingness of people to eat junk food. I am not joking. Those drugs will simply give more room for junk food (metabolic credit) and it will be conveniently used up (like any credit). Thus, BMI and all metabolic parameters will be the same while on drug with more junk food consumption and therefore NASH market will probably be there.
