I just left a customer mid quote. Simple tree trimming job but the guy was super difficult from the moment I walked up. Complained the entire time I was there and was very condescending. I simply told him I wasn’t a good fit for his needs and walked back to my truck. I’m busy enough not to have to deal with difficult people and I’m very thankful for that.

Facebook tree company/climber groups are some of the most unhinged places on earth. It’s just guys talking crap about customers because they were underbid. If you talk in person like you do on fb they chose someone else not because of price I promise.

@BlueCollarInvr Have you tried buying a blender bottle for a protein drink? I also started consuming beef liver capsules for strength and speed. The Costco bagged chipotle chicken is also good for protein maxing. In your line of work I would be going for at least 150g a day spread out.

Today I wage war against spending money at the gas station. There is a white monster in there because let’s face it, I will cave and stop to buy an energy drink if I don’t have one.

@RootsFarm2Table My absolute favorite days for the company are when we clean the lumberyard. My 13 and 9 year old will run logs all day for me on the skid steer and mini x. I just direct traffic.
