@BoostAus Got a new phone. Tired to port my old number to the new Boost Mobile sim. The Boost operator totally stuffed up the process & I have ended up with the wrong number. What a staggering level of gross incompetence!

Hi @BoostAus, my partner's mobile was ported out of boost, she's called boost, but they said they can't do anything about it. Wondering if someone is hijacking her sim, since she didn't request the porting, nor can boost do anything about it.

@BoostAus ported from optus Prepaid 16th and got an email confirming it was okay and will be done in less than 24 hours. I have followed up numerous times through livechat with boost support and was told to contact telstra porting directly. How does this work?

@BoostAus the problem with the phone is that the adapter that you put in to activate the phone is not working they did not have a piece down here so I have the complete phone in my presence so if you have the information I need it please send it to me cuz verbally they're not

When there is so much competition in the telecommunication industry, I can't understand why/how Boost Mobile is happy to loose customers by not offering new customer specials to existing users...... Even told by a supervisor to go elsewhere!! @BoostAus
