Yah it’s odd. My kids love his books and that’s fine by me. It’s noticed in our circles that he didn’t care for Jews but can separate his art from the guy, who is long dead. Mamdani and his wife can very much affect our lives though so their antisemitism and her ‘artwork’ which is also antisemtic does bother me.

If you think blowing up a bridge is a war crime you are the problem. The final scene in Saving Private Ryan is about blowing up a bridge. Denying your enemy the ability to move heavy equipment over a river is not against the Geneva convention or whatever.
