@AntiExtension You realise that less than 1 vehicle in 10 will be affected by this? Less than 10%, the most polluting of all. But hey, let’s carry on until the last drop of oil has been extracted and converted to petrol or diesel. Maybe if your children had asthma, you might think differently.

Well said. The May 2020 Settlement Agreement letter refers to the north/south circular expansion that went ahead in October 2021. The extension of ULEZ out to the M25 border is all Khan's doing to raise revenue for his mismanaged TfL.
