Every now and then a company comes along that delivers every single quarter, yet investors still won't touch it with a bargepole. $ADBE is doing almost everything that would usually put a business among the very best. The headline tells you everything you need to know... • Adobe Raises FY26 Total Revenue and Non-GAAP EPS Targets • AI-first ARR triples year over year and exceeds $500 million It isn't just these headline figures though, there is absolutely loads to like about $ADBE here. - Revenue up 13% YoY - Diluted EPS of $4.25 (GAAP) and $5.96 (non-GAAP) - Cash flows from operations were $2.17 billion. - Repurchased 8.5 million shares during the quarter. - Total Customer Group subscription revenue was $6.39 billion, which represents 14% YoY growth One of the headlines is CFO Dan Durn is leaving his role to pursue another career path. Personally, I don't mind this at all... Why? Because the business is clearly still absolutely fantastic, yet this isn't reflected in the share price one bit. Maybe a new management team will shine the light needed to make this once-loved Wall Street diamond, shine bright again. I have bought some more just above $200 and set a target to double the buy lower. Full deep dive tomorrow.
