You’re spinning normal court procedure into some conspiracy and it’s obvious you either don’t understand how this works or you’re hoping your audience doesn’t.
This is a state case. The FBI and ATF aren’t the prosecutors, they’re assisting. The state is responsible for discovery, and that process doesn’t happen all at once.
Discovery isn’t a Netflix drop where every file gets dumped at once. Raw DNA data isn’t some neat little PDF, it’s lab material that takes time to process, organize, and turn over in a usable form. That’s standard. And no, they’re not required to hand over every piece of raw data immediately unless it’s clearly exculpatory.
The defense already has summaries. There’s already a mountain of evidence in play. The rest comes on court timelines and judges sort out disputes like this every day.
And Erika’s lawyers pushing for the hearing to move forward? That’s not suspicious, that’s what you do when you believe the existing evidence already establishes probable cause. That’s literally the point of a preliminary hearing.
What you’re calling “withholding” is just how the process works. What you’re calling “outrageous” is routine.
You don’t get to turn basic criminal procedure into some deep state cover-up fantasy just because it fits the narrative you want to sell.

Tyler Robinson's defense is making a perfectly reasonable request to be granted a continuance because the ATF and FBI will not hand over files they have had since September.
Erika's lawyers are fighting this continuance—they want the preliminary hearing to go forward. They claim they have enough circumstantial evidence, and they plan to object to some of the discovery requests anyway.
Why would they object to the discovery requests? Why would they want the case to go forward without the FBI and ATF having produced the DNA data and chain of custody pertaining the very videos they plan to present at the probably cause hearing?
This is outrageous. This case SHOULD NOT GO FORWARD until the defense is given the discovery that Kash Patel is withholding.

But he was a local police officer in the UK and now works for a Russian power company. So it's not like there's state secrets involved.
